tiredness.what can i do?

tiredness is one symptom that require someone to take a long break in doing one particular thing. pushing ourselves to do something that we dont know whether it is worth it or not will bring us to the real tiredness.the explanation is simple.when we tend to do one same thing over and over again..facing the same problem again and again and at the end it stops at the same point...it will brings us to the great extend of tiredness.as suggested previously, the best way to handle this kind of feeling is to take a long, relaxing break..so come join me..easy..close your eyes..seat back and relax.
